Privacy Policy
Privacy-first: we do not track you as an individual, we do not require accounts, and we do not keep your SEO audit reports in a database. This page explains what that means in plain English.
InSpySEO is built around minimal data collection. If you only use the free audit tool and browse these pages, we aim to collect as little as possible, and we never ask you to hand over personal details just to run a report.
Information we do not collect
For the core free tool experience, we do not ask you for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Payment or credit card details
- A password or login for InSpySEO (there is no account to create for the public audit tool)
Because there is no sign-up for that experience, we also do not hold a profile or "user record" for you in our systems for the purpose of running a standard audit from the homepage.
The SEO audit data
When you enter a URL, the tool analyses it in real time so you can see results in your browser. We do not save your URL or the resulting report in a database for long-term storage or marketing lists. We do not build a history of every site you check.
To show you a report during your visit, the site may use temporary session memory on the server (and a small session cookie in your browser) so the page can work. That is not the same as storing your audit in a customer database: it lasts for your browsing session and is not kept as a permanent record of your activity on our side in the way a saved "project" would be.
When you close your browser or the session ends, that temporary data is gone. If you need a copy of a report, download or save it yourself while you are on the page.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies. That includes cookies that are necessary for the site to function (for example, so a session can work where the technology requires it), and basic analytics so we can see how many people visit the site in aggregate.
Our analytics setup is not designed to spy on what you type into search engines or to reconstruct your personal browsing across the web. It helps us understand traffic levels and which pages are used, so we can keep the service running and improve it.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites (for example, from the About page or to external resources). Those sites have their own privacy policies and practices. We are not responsible for how they handle data, and we do not control their cookies or tracking. Please read their policies if you leave InSpySEO and share information with them.
Data security
We do not maintain a database of your personal sign-up details for the free tool in the way a typical SaaS product would. Because we do not store your name, email, or saved audit history for that core flow, there is no large vault of personal data about you sitting on our servers waiting to be leaked. Standard security still matters for running any website, and we take reasonable steps to protect the systems we operate, but our "no-data-stored" approach means we are not building a rich personal file on you through the public audit tool.
